I've gotten it down to my two packs to check, a book bag and a second carry on bag for the flight. I look loaded down and it wouldn't be fun to go up a mountain but I think I'm going to be able to make it with everything I'm going to need. I'm sure I won't be as light as you but I got it down to 80 pounds total, so I'm feeling good about that. I just did my second pre-pack.
