I think these interviews are invaluable for people who want to consider this type of adventure.
Its important to hear how things went and are going for those that have been or are expats so that we can get the good and the bad or challenging.
Its easy to make it too dreamy without being realistic as to everything that comes with it.
I’ve heard a lot of accounts first hand, but also appreciate finding these on line as well
I think you did a good job on that questionnaire interview. I think it is the dream of billions of people to travel around the world. As for me, even if I don’t get to travel around the world, as long as I could go to at least 4 other countries, I’d consider that travelling around the world already.

You should try and make Milanesa’s aswell – add a bit of chile powder to the breadcrumbs for some kick – stick em in the freezer and they cook in 15 mins in the oven – I make a big batch and it lasts for weeks
